![]() ![]() ![]() The magazine tube is in very good shape with a functional spring and follower and the mechanism is tight and functions flawlessly. The walnut forend and buttstock were refinished long ago, and have numerous scattered bruises and marks throughout, as well as a series of hairline cracks along the comb. ![]() The frame has and overall mottled pewter patina that carries over onto the lever. Additionally, there is a line of small impact marks along the left side of the breech. This rifle is not equipped with a Stabler cut-off, and has retained about 40-50% of the original blue along the barrel, that has turned to an overall dark plum-brown patina mixing with pewter gray on the balance. 50 RF, 30 barrel with a fine, bright bore that has some mild freckling within the grooves.
